- Replace the engine oil (SeaDoo Synthetic or semi-synthetic oil)
- Install new oil filter
- Stabilize Fuel
- Fog the engine
- Add coolant to the exhaust and intercooler

Did you know that failure to regularly clean your carburetors is one of the leading reasons 2 stroke Seadoo engines fail. Another common reason is cracked or brittle oil injector lines and internal rotting fuel lines.
Did you know that people blame the oil injection pump for having their engine seize due to lack of oil when in fact all that was required to prevent that engine seizure was to replace the oil injector lines.
Did you know that failure to replace the original grey Tempo fuel lines causes fuel flow restrictions resulting in a lean running engine. Fuel valve replacement is also recommended.
Did you know that adding a little oil to the gas tank (100:1) will add a little extra engine protection required for these high revving engines.
Did you know that people call the 951 engine a ticking time bomb because they require a rebuild after approximately 100 hrs. Had the above simple preventative maintenance been preformed on your Seadoo and a small amount of oil added to the gas tank this would likely had not occurred. We have a few Seadoos with the 951 engine and regularly maintain them and have had no issues as a result.

We perform all of this preventative maintenance at a very reasonable cost.

We are equipped with precision boring equipment and the latest computer diagnostics equipment required to effectively diagnose your Seadoos symptoms. This is the same equipment dealers use to assist them in locating electrical and sensor issues. Most smaller repair shops do not have this specialized equipment due to its high cost and continued maintenance fees. This equipment takes the guess work out and focuses on the issue without trial and error to diagnose performance issues.
Supercharger Rebuilding
Unfortunately Seadoo originally designed their Supercharger with ceramic washers. These washers are the leading cause of 4 tec engine failures and need to be replaced immediately or engine failure will occur. Furthermore, Seadoo recommends a complete rebuild of the Supercharger at every 100 hour interval. We provide both metal washer replacement and complete Supercharger rebuilds. Let an experienced technician rebuild these crutial components. If not done correctly there is a high likelyhood the Supercharger will fail resulting in engine failure.
